Gloucestershire police are seeking information on recent anti-social behavior and thefts involving off-road bikers and other crimes in the area
Gloucestershire: Recently, there have been reports of people riding motorbikes on private land, causing some trouble. The police have also noted a rise in bike thefts and burglaries in the area.

On January 4, 2025, police got reports of off-road bikes causing a ruckus in the Forest of Dean. If caught, those bikers could have their bikes taken away. And if they break the law, they’ll face prosecution. If you see anything suspicious, don’t hesitate to report it online or call 999 in an emergency.
In Leighterton, Tetbury, a black Land Rover Discovery was stolen from a driveway on January 6, between 3:30 PM and 9:05 PM. The police are asking everyone to stay alert and report any odd behavior.
In Daylesford, two men were spotted trying to break into a property on January 6 at around 1:30 AM. They forced a window but didn’t get inside. The police are looking for sightings of a blue BMW in the area.
Also, in Paxford, a burglary occurred on January 6 at about 3:30 AM. A group of men broke in and stole items, including keys to a blue Volkswagen Golf. Again, any sightings of that blue BMW would be helpful.
In Gloucester, a shed was broken into on Shakespeare Avenue, and a ‘Scott’ mountain bike was stolen on January 3. If you know anything, please quote incident 286.
Over in Norton, a garage was hit, and a ‘Specialised’ electric bike was taken between January 3 and 4. If you have info, quote incident 196.
In Cheltenham, a motorcycle’s number plate was stolen while parked outside a shop on January 3. If you have any leads, quote incident 371.
There was also a burglary reported in Midwinter Close, Cheltenham, discovered on December 5. The police are still figuring out what was taken, so if you know something, quote incident 111.
In Siddington near Cirencester, several bikes were stolen from a communal area overnight from January 3 to 4. If you have any info, quote incident 88.
Lastly, in New Street, Gloucester, a car was broken into on New Year’s Eve, and a passport was stolen. If you have any information, quote incident 135.
