London: So, Alex Jones was on The One Show and she had some big news about Elton John. Right at the start, she mentioned how many fans had been reaching out, including Elton himself.

He sent a message thanking everyone after his greatest hits album, “Diamonds,” hit number one on the UK charts. How cool is that?

Then they played a video of Elton from his home. He was super excited, saying it’s been eight years since he’s had a number one. He couldn’t be happier about it!

Clara Amfo, co-hosting with Alex, was all smiles, saying, “Aw, congratulations! Our forever fave, Elton John.” It was such a sweet moment.

But that wasn’t all! Alex also brought Lenny Rush onto the show to chat about the BAFTAs. He revealed who would be getting the fellowship award this year.
