Aldi is adding InPost lockers to 16 stores in the West Midlands, enhancing convenience for customers collecting and returning parcels.
West Midlands: Aldi is making a big change at 16 stores. They’re adding InPost lockers outside these locations. This new service makes it easier for customers to collect and return parcels.
The lockers let you grab your online orders without waiting in line. You can also return items quickly. This change is all about convenience for shoppers.
Aldi first tried these lockers at 22 stores last December. They got great feedback, so now they’re expanding. Over 260 lockers are now available across the UK.
Richard Thornton from Aldi UK said customers love convenience. That’s why they’re adding more lockers. Now, you can pick up your shopping and your parcels in one trip.
Neil Kuschel, CEO of InPost UK, shared that this partnership is exciting. It helps shoppers collect and return parcels easily. No more worrying about store hours or long waits.
